The Planck Collaboration has recently reported their results from the full mission, including its observations of both temperature and polarization anisotropies of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation. The final Planck results show very good agreement with the previous 2103 data release with only CMB temperature measurements. The Planck temperature and polarization maps are consistent with the so-called LambdaCDM model, i.e. a flat universe with a cosmological constant as the dark energy component and a power-law spectrum of the primordial adiabatic scalar perturbations.
